c) Location data also assists business owners in creating jobs by helping them identify pickup and drop-off locations using maps integrated into the app.
d) Location data is collected in the following scenarios:
• When the app runs in the foreground (actively used).
• When the app runs in the background, only if the user has explicitly granted background location permissions.
e) Location data is collected with user consent, and users can enable or disable location tracking through their device settings at any time.
f) Location data is not shared with third parties except when required for service delivery, business operations, or as mandated by law.
g) We do not sell or share location data with advertisers or marketing agencies.
h) Location data is securely stored and retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You can stop all information collection quickly with the application 'QCS App' by uninstalling the QCS App. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt out via email at admin@qschire.com.au.

Please be aware that we may change this Privacy Policy in the future. We may modify this Policy at any time, at our sole discretion, and all modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the changes on our website and/or via email notification.
